Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Respond to customer enquiries, provide information, and help resolve basic issues through online communication channels.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries via online chat, email, or helpdesk tools
- Provide accurate product or service information using digital knowledge bases
- Resolve basic issues or escalate them to the right team member
- Log and track customer interactions in the online system
- Monitor support tickets to help maintain timely responses
- Communicate with the wider team via messaging and video calls
- Identify and report recurring issues for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Good written English for clear and friendly communication
- Professional and approachable online manner
- Experience using chat platforms or customer service software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Able to follow remote support processes and guidelines
- Quick to learn product information and procedures
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
- Reliable internet and responsive during agreed working hours
